In the early 1960's, the original Concordia Turner Hall at 13th & Arsenal (by the Anheuser-Busch brewery) was sold to make way for Interstate 55. At that time, the Turners purchased the old Black Forest restaurant at 6432 Gravois, a well known South St. Louis landmark. Though it may be hard to recognize, that original structure still exists, and is used today as our "Trophy Room".

After moving to our current location, the Turners added a small gymnasium to the rear, followed by a larger gymnasium and outdoor pool on the south side of the property.
